Prosecco delivery but slightly different

Does anyone know of any supplier that would deliver 12 individual bottles of cava or Prosecco to friends up and down the U.K. to help me celebrate a big birthday over Zoom?

Order individually on Amazon and send to their addresses?

I'm sure if you called Majestic wine or somewhere similar they'd help you. It depends on delivery prices so could get quite expensive.
