White noise that works.

My neighbours are loud. Every night between now and about midnight their children run wild. They have bare floorboards upstairs😩.

I used to wear earplugs, but after a nasty ear infection Don’t want to.

I have an Alexa. Anyone used any white noise sounds that actually drown\smooth out noises. I just want to sleep🙄

I use an app on my phone called Rain Sounds. I sleep with it on all night and no outside noise wakes me.

Thank you,

I confess to training Alexa up and asking her the time.

Passive agreesisve, but dear good why play loudly with a three year old at 11pm. They are screaming and yelling and running around.

But some rugs people.

My downstairs neighbours did the same with their young children and that's what got me using white noise, it worked a treat and I still use it now. I do prefer the rain sounds to white noise though.

I feel for you, it's awful.

I sympathise. I like this app apps.apple.com/gb/app/white-noise-deep-sleep-sounds/id1083248251 and favour the air conditioning track. I just crank it up nice and high.

I like pink noise- I think it’s less harsh, it’s free on CBeebies

Ask Alexa to play thunderstorm sounds. It's brilliant. I use it every night.

Thank you all, I finally got back to sleep. This happens every night. I am tempted to buy them some rugs and a parenting book (sorry I know that was mean).
