Help me not be a moaning dickhead

NHS worker. Work on a community team. Numerous changes since covid and I cannot keep up. Lots of staff shielding. weak management. Staff who are shielding are refusing the vaccine! I've been put on a ward next week due to staff shortages whilst others are sitting at home.

Oh that is annoying. I would say dont work yourself to the bone - make sure you take your breaks etc. And just dont listen to whats going on with others. That way madness lies.

It’s really hard to swallow when you are pulling extra duty when others are not prepared to do the best for the team.

I've had to delay doing a course too it's just too overwhelming
