Anyone fancy explaining to me how to turn Mumsnet notifications off?

I just want a quick fix if anyone knows? tia

I don't want to be alerted when I've been mentioned or when someone posts on a thread I'm watching. How can I stop it?

It's on the drop down arrow at the right. Go onto customise and change settings there 😊
