Is this nappy HELL teething?!

My 13 month old has produced SEVEN dirty nappies today. Yes SEVEN.
He’s normally a prolific poo-producer anyway with around 3 a day but today we’ve got dribbling, sick ups, one warm red cheek but no temp and nappies that pong like what I imagine the gates of hell would.
He’s had bad teething episodes before but never as many dirty nappies as this. He seems fine in himself apart from the chomping on everything in sight (including me!) so doesn’t seem unwell.

Good good pray I don’t have to deal with any more stinkers today.

Diarrhea is common with teething so if it's very soft bowel movements he's doing then it's most likely down to his teeth, my son went through it, his nappies were horrific.
I wouldn't say 7 nappies is excessive or anything to worry about with a teething baby, just make sure he's taking in small amounts of boiled and cooled water every so often so he doesn't get dehydrated.

Yep. And my kids tended to smell really sour and be quite mucousy, but then it passed and was ok again for a few weeks or months.

Green frothy acid shits here. Plenty of barrier cream all over bum and bits, in cracks and crevices. Metanium and cotton wool and water/water wipes if nappy rash
