I was just thinking about things that you say as a parent, no matter where you are and what year it is
I have:
Brush your teeth
Don't forget to wash your hands
Put your shoes/sandles/footwear on x 100
Last years new entry 'have you got your mask?'
What have I missed?

I don't want a trip to A&E (or is that just us?)
Have you turned you light out

Howcanwehelp · 22/01/2021 08:40

We do the A&E things too, especially as we've done minor injuries a lot and hospein France!

Don't pick you nose
Don't lick that

StepOutOfLine · 22/01/2021 08:47

I'm not asking you, I'm telling you.
Am I the only person who is physically capable of putting the bottle in the recycling?

I'll do it. (And I hate myself for that one!)

spottygymbag · 22/01/2021 09:00

One.... two... three....

Howcanwehelp · 22/01/2021 11:33

I wonder if similar things are said in other countries? Do frech parents count from trois?

Aren't you cold? (Teen DS)

ShaunaTheSheep · 22/01/2021 11:58

Do you need a wee?

Whiskeylover45 · 22/01/2021 12:02

Put it in the bin, not on the floor
Use your words, not your fingers
Get down please.
Out of the kitchen. Hot!
You don't need to keep asking, I heard and acknowledged you the first time.
I said no! If you ask again I'll turn TV off

Howcanwehelp · 22/01/2021 13:59

Do you need a wee is also applicable to older relatives, I caught myself saying it to my kids and nan before a car journey!
