Mick Norcross from TOWIE found dead today, so sad.

So very sad. Poor guy. I hope the online rumours are not true.

Edgeoftheledge · 21/01/2021 23:42

So young, so sad.

PodgeBod · 21/01/2021 23:43

What online rumours cat?
I only watched the first season of TOWIE and he seemed like a nice bloke.

Just goes to show anyone can be suffering with mental health, even though he had lots of money, lovely family he must have felt so desperate if rumours are true.

Was sad to hear this too.

Amdone123 · 21/01/2021 23:56

Am shocked by this. I watched Towie in the early days and remember thinking he seemed like a lovely man, so much more handsome than the younger ones.
He appeared to have a great relationship with Kirk. Poor lad. He'll be devastated.
So sad.

What rumours?

Awful news. He was a successful man long before towie this is very different to recent reality suicides..

Chambored · 22/01/2021 04:01

Very sad news. I always liked Mick. RIP.

peak2021 · 22/01/2021 07:21

Any suicide is sad and perhaps another reason to have less or none of these 'structured reality' shows.

IndieRo · 22/01/2021 07:30

Very sad news. Loved Mick on Towie X

Levirandal · 22/01/2021 07:48

That’s so sad. I really like Mick and thought he seemed like lovely bloke. Given what he wrote on Twitter, hours before he died it does make you wonder.

AlrightyThen1234 · 22/01/2021 16:16

I hope Kirk has all the support he needs, his Dad was his hero. He needs serious protection right now x

catinb00tz · 23/01/2021 02:21

Sorry didn't mean to be cryptic - just that he committed suicide.

Just been reading that he was apparently in financial difficulties. How awful that he couldn't see any other way out

Amdone123 · 23/01/2021 02:42

It is so sad that people can't see a way out. If it was suicide, it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. There is nothing that can't be sorted, but I guess when people have had enough, they see no other option.

AlrightyThen1234 · 23/01/2021 07:56

I used to think people who committed suicide were extremely selfish but I don't anymore as I tried to educate myself a little more. Apparently when someone is at that point they genuinely believe they are doing the best thing for all concerned, they genuinely believe everyone will be happier without them. They have lost touch with the reality of the situation and how horrific it is. For him to leave his children and grandchildren like that, he must have been very very unwell. It's just absolutely heartbreaking x

Sad to hear about Mick Norcross , he genuinely seemed like a nice guy & a gentleman. Read that Mario Falcone said he was the only one who helped him with his depression & suicidal thoughts. He said he had the upmost respect for Mick .
