Wellies for not-quite-teens

Hi all

Has anyone managed to get wellies, fairly cheaply, size 4/5 and size 1?

Sounds dumb but I haven't found any anywhere, I don't really want to spend £££ on boots they will get a handful of wears out of before they grow out of them.

I'd also like boot socks for them if anyone knows where to get those!

Sorry forgot to say I just want plain ones and am struggling to find anything that isn't glitter or for little kids.

Never mind I'm an idiot, I forgot there was such places that sell camping stuff!

Have you posted this before? Have just had the strongest sense of deja vu I’ve had in a long long time! Like, so badly.

Sadly I have no welly knowledge and clicked here by accident, but hopefully a wee bump for you!

Feel bad now that I posted without anything useful. Would these six quid ones work for the size one?

MustardMitt · 21/01/2021 23:03

You know what, it is entirely possible I've posted it every year for about three years, coz I'm an idiot Grin

Mountain Warehouse have double packs of kids wellies for £30 which is brilliant as I have twins.

@EduCated those are even better than the ones I found! Thanks!

Try Go Outdoors. I got good, plain Dunlop ones for my son for £12

Grin

A double pack of wellies feels equal parts bizarre and weirdly useful!
