Annoying neighbours!!!

Hi guys I’m so done with my neighbours now!

I work in the nhs, 12 hr shifts.. I live in a building of flats, all the flats are 1 bedroom. I live under a family with 2 kids. When I come home there’s constant banging and their kid running rampage till early hours of the night. I’m talking 2-3 am. I’ve reported them to the housing association I’m with already and I’ve also went and spoken to my neighbours directly.

I don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t understand why they won’t move out, it’s evident their flat is too small for them as the kid literally runs back and forth from bedroom to living room constantly and I don’t think they’re moving out any time soon as they were getting their flooring last month.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Why on earth are the kids up that late? Sounds like chaos!! You just need to keep making a log and report report report

Was it carpet or wooden flooring they put down? If laminate or wood - it may be against the terms of the tenancy. Would that be worth checking?

They probably haven't moved out as the HA has nowhere for them to go. Plenty people spend years overcrowded when council or HA housed.

@londongirl12 this has been going on for a couple years now. They always go to sleep at that time even when they go to school 😕

@Izzadoraduncancan I think it was carpet. The walls are so thin I can hear their conversations so you can only imagine all the banging, jumping off furniture and shouting that goes on constantly

Report them online for having a party... Let them explain why they choose to allow their dc to run feral and therefore escape a covid fine..

Keep on complaining to everyone. Noisy inconsiderate neighbours really upset me. I know it's hard to live in a flat with a child but I was raised in one and we didn't have one complaint!

The child should not disturb your time in your home at all never mind in the early hours. How awful for you
