I'm a leaseholder to a housing association.
This is my second one. After the first time, I vowed never again but on my budget this really was my only option!
This HA seemed to have things under control compared to the first one but over the years, they've gradually slipped into a nightmare. Their Trustpilot reviews and Facebook page are absolutely shocking and some of the situations they leave people in are truly awful.
Our problems have been with communication, service charges, issues with neighbours and amongst other things, we've caught our cleaners coming into the communal areas and signing off the sheet but not doing a single bit of cleaning!
Our block is in a fairly good state and the gardens are lovely (our own work) but we've just had some external decoration and work done and it's of a really poor standard.
I just wondered how it is for other residents?
