I've been with my company for two years now. Long story short I've been moved around as my language skills have been handy in a couple of places. Anyways... The CEO has always had "big" plans for me but his business strategy has something I've never agreed on. I was moved to my new role without any notice and I hate it! It's content writing and it just feels like I've taken 10 steps back in my career . I'm 36, I used to do this when I was 23! I'd like to go back to my previous post but I'm sure my boss will just say that it not what the company needs. I still believe in the company and that I can make a difference in other departments but I can't see this being my new day to day.
