I’m currently on vyvanse 30mg (early days) prescribed by a psych. I also have sleep problems and the melatonin she prescribed doesn’t work for me at all.
I usually have a stash of zopiclone for emergencies from the gp (last lot was prescribed pre-ADHD diagnosis).
Anyway, I’m a bad patch and spoke to the gp this morning about getting some zopiclone. He made me agree to try phenergen first. But the thing is - I don’t think he realises I’m on stimulants.
Anyway, I skipped my vyvanse today as I felt so rough from sleep deprivation so that bit’s fine but would I be able to take it in the morning if I take phenergen tonight? It doesn’t leave your system like zopiclone does. I don’t really want to skip a dose when I’m just trying to get my meds right. And the idea is that I’d take the phenergen again tomorrow night and speak to him on Friday so this pattern would repeat.
Can’t find a definitive answer online...
