CBD oil

Anyone on here use it? I'm thinking of trying it for moderate joint pain in my left leg, which I think is a hangover from an old ankle break and having nuts and bolts holding it together. Do you think CBD oil is useful for this? It doesn't trouble me much during the day, even if I'm on my feet or walking all day, but can become very painful in bed and cause me to wake up during the night.

Or is it just snake oil?

Hey! I also have joint pain. I was advised to take CBD oil. I bought it here cbdonline.hk/ . Since pain is often a consequence of inflammation, the anti-inflammatory effects of CBD can be a natural pain management option, without the side effects of pain relievers. It helps me, I recommend it.

Definitely not snake oil, but you want to make sure you're buying from reputable company that offers full spectrum oil and gives you a decent percentage / ml. The cheap CBD-branded stuff they sell in Holland and Barrett or Boots, for example, isn't the real deal –or it is, but it's such low % it's basically a joke.

Lots of info online about it, although no company will give you advice themselves on what to use, since they're not allowed to make medical recommendations.

I used Blessed for a while, then switched to Endoca.

hey! So I started using CBD oil for anxiety related issues and when looking into it I discovered it was good for joint pain and arthritis etc so I lent some to my grandmother who has severe rheumatoid arthritis in her hands and feet and she has told that is helpful. Hasn't solved her problems but has made the pain more manageable. I use mindfulextracts.co.uk and this is the one my granny borrowed (and now owns).
