I've noticed there seems to be an increase in the number of dogs being stolen where I live (Kent), not only from homes/ gardens when the owners aren't in, but also from owners in broad daylight.
Certainly here, it seems like spaniels are the main target. Just another very sad consequence of the lockdown puppy trade I guess, makes for very sad reading.
