Dairy Intolerance

Has anyone developed a dairy intolerance in their early 30s?

I seem to have the symptoms - but only after having dairy. I have a history of allergies but they came on several years ago, so I am not sure why any intolerance wouldn't have started then.

Different symptoms to allergy - no rash, swelling, itchiness etc.

Yes. First it was wheat. And then four years later it was dairy. My doctor said they tend to come together if u develop them later on in life.

The symptoms for both are different. But still as horrible. I can cheat somewhat on the wheat but never on the dairy.
