Instagram - For different posts, do you have to change your bio link?

So I want to post and put link in bio

Then in a couple of days I want to do another post but it will have a different page to link to - do you keep changing the link in your bio to accommodate this?

A few people I know have a link tree account and just put the affiliate links in there and have that page in their bio, that way you can have multiple links for different things and it's all on 1 place leaving your bio looking neat.
