Having trouble in my relationship

Hi i am out of my depths here i been with my partner four years we have a little girl who is 3 months we live in separate houses he lives with his mom so ill get to the point are relationship is not working he dosnt work but dose trading or learning how to do it so he leaves mine every moring to go his to do it and his gone all day he also has to walk his dog but dosnt get back till late also the dog is a nightmare he don’t listen the dogs in controll him and his mom let it do what it likes so i dont like going there but i did so iv been there quite alot with my daughter and everytime i have to take her upstairs because of the dog his constantly barking when im carrying her he tries jumping up me he trys to steal her things and everytime she gose there he chews something of hers iv told my bf to do something about it and he wont in my eyes iv been there since they had the dog he was like thaf when they got it him he wont change because they have let him rule them and now iv told them they either get rid of the dog or they see my daughter at mine but my partner never listens to me and dont want to get rid of it because he dont want to be the bad one but then he says the dog needs walkimg 4 times a day which is the reason iv said to him to get eid his mom has really bad arthritis and breathing problems so she cant walk the dog anyway his to powerful for her so he is gonna have to do it they tried training school with him but now they have have given up and i dont want my daughter in the house with that dog any advice please wouod be muxh appreciate because i no for a fact ill be moving in to what’s supposed to be our place but he will constantly not be there
