Life after rape.... nearly 40

I'm nearly 40 years old..... I was raped at 17. I have issues sadly.

BUT I have realised that at almost 40 (in 6 weeks) I want to do things I've never done before.

Tonight I painted my toenails, it was a clear varnish to be fair.

I have would like nice nails, I would like to wear a Bikini or a nice swimsuit. I've ever worn lipstick.

Most of all...... I would like to go to bed without my knickers and bra on 😖

I realise I've let this be part of my whole life. But I haven't been blessed with great relationships.

Yay your time has arrived. Lockdown is a good time to experiment with these things. Online ordering and trying on at home is part of the fun too.
