My DD is 15 months old. I had planned to return to my job at 12 months but my employer made me redundant instead. I had a nice long notice period which took me to Christmas so I've only really just started looking for a new job. I know I'm really lucky to have found something in the current climate but the idea of leaving my DD is killing me. I think part of my problem is I expected it to take much longer to find a new job but now it's happening all of a sudden and I'm just not ready. She's still b/feeding to sleep for her naps and doesn't sleep well overnight. I'm leaving her with my DH so I know she'll be well looked after but I'm having to go back to work full time, for less money than I was on and I'm going to miss her so much. I'm also worried how she'll nap and be comforted without boobs. Please tell me returning to work full time after mat leave isn't that bad and we'll all be OK...
