Any dentists or dental nurses out there?

I have an abscess on my gum. It's really quite big but doesn't hurt. Any chance it goes anyway on its own?

Hi, i have an abscess as well. Have been taking antibiotics which haven't done anything. Im going back to dentist today. Mine is quite painful but not all the time. I am really scared, which is why i can't sleep.
