We have a Windows 10 laptop. Until last week, everything was fine. Today when DD opened the YouTube site and tried to play a video, the rectangle where the video plays just stays black apart from showing the time bar.
We've tried in both Chrome and Edge and cleared the cache. I've tried connecting to two different WiFi networks. What else can I try? DD needs to watch the videos for school and the screen of my phone is too small for her to see the details.
