My hands look like a wrinkly scrotum. Help.

For context, I'm 43 and my hands look 73. In the winter they normally get quite dry and chapped but this year they are obviously even worse. Between the hand washing and the sanitising they look like a well lived in, cold scrotum. Clearly not the look I'm going for. I find most hand creams pretty ineffectual (and the hand washing doesn't help their level of effectiveness). Any ideas about how I can have smooth, well moisturised hands?

I do the intensive treatment at night with the foot creams with urea, but during the day I love the Neutrogena Hydro Boost which has hydrolauronic acid and really seems to plump my skin up

I recommend Body Shop Hemp Hand Cream. I used to have hands like yours, now I use this every day and they are lovely and smooth.

Ah! I didn't know they still did this! I used to love it but thought it was discontinued.

How are your hands doing @surlycurly ? Less scrotum-like?

Hmm. A bit. I did buy the gloves and they seem to help when I use them but I'll be honest, I can't cope with them overnight! They're working a treat for my son however. I may need to invest in some better cream. And I've been using my face cream on my hands too- thanks for that advice!
