Prepaid debit cards, any recommendations?

Didn't know these existed till yesterday. But will solve amour if issues for my friend inn nursing home. I've applied for a Pockit card but not getting the emails to log on to the app. Any other suggestions?

I have a Swirl Card which is ok (I only use it on some websites that I do not want to use my card)but look at the charges as they do add up if used a lot. It is very easy to top up and money can be accessed instantly. Online customer chat during working hours only can be hit or miss.
