Feel dizzy/sick/headache behind eyes?

What could this be? And how can I feel better with a 3yo and 8mo to take of alone all week 😅

Any risk of covid exposure?
Stress related?
Recent migraine triggers?

Lucodaze always helps me or something fizzy. Don’t look at a screen if you can help it, cold air and sleep (if possible!!)
