Any one bought from Made?

Any recs please? The delivery times seem very long. 🤔

I bought an Orson armchair from them last year. The lead time was already long, then it was delayed further... I was going to cancel because of this but they offered me a £50 discount so hung in there. I really do like the chair.

We had similar. Long delay to delivery with further postponements. Eventually we cancelled the order.

I think it depends on the seller doesn't it? Is it not like not on the high street where there are individual sellers?

I thought it was all one shop, are you thinking of Wayfair? We have a bed from them which is great, much higher quality than say Ikea and not much more expensive ... but we did have to choose a colour that had a shorter delivery time rather than the amazing yellow one.

I got a beautiful glass lamp shade from them. Long wait but worth it as it was exactly what I wanted and looks perfect.

I guess it depends what it is and can you easily get it somewhere else?

We had light fittings from them, I would say they were worth the wait, they're really nice.

I had a terrible time! Huge wait for delivery and then the chair was badly made. I had to chase and chase for a refund and for them to pick it up! All in all it was 6 weeks of chasing. I would never use them for anything ever again

Lovely sofa but (like most people on here have noted) it took aaaaaaages to come. And then some more to the point they gave me a £50 voucher as comp (which I never spent).

So, if you like the look of it but don't mind waiting, go for it.

I had a huge wait for a chair, which I was happy with. Chair arrived, quality was terrible. Sent it back. Huge wait for replacement. It was better but not perfect. Sent it back and went to swoon editions - the chair I got from there isn't quite as nice, but it was £300 cheaper, arrived on time and was perfect when it came.

Lights and stuff I've been happy with, but I wouldn't go back to them for furniture as it was very clear that things had been hashed then painted over.

Noooo, I had such high hopes. I’m waiting on a Lule office chair from them and still have another 8-10 weeks to wait.

Lovely design, but not the best quality of manufacturing. My chairs (office and sitting room) look lovely but haven't lasted well - although I don't suppose the level of wear on my home office chair could ever have been anticipated.

Ordered some dining room chairs from Made. When they arrived, one was damaged, and instead of sending a replacement chair or part, they sent out an engineer, who concluded he couldn't fix it! It was a damaged hole that a leg screwed into- not rocket science to sort out. In the end DH fixed it pretty easily.

Ordered a standing lamp and some lampshades from them - very happy. Also a coffee table which was fine, though I put it together myself. It took about 8 weeks to arrive but I knew it could take forever so I had put the order in months before we needed them and then forgot about it until it arrived.
