Soo my lovely little bundle of joy only just started sleeping threw the night when he was 18 months old. 2 weeks he hit 20 months and all of a sudden hes started waking up screaming all night long. I have noooo idea why because nothing has changed in his routine. Its not the room temp because thats the same.I know he wants milk but i refuse to give him it because hes going to get into the habbit of waking up every night for it again! This has been going on for the past week, i thought if i refused to give milk he would get used to it and realise hes not going to get it but clearly that isnt working. He refuses water and threws the bottle away. What on earth is wrong??!! This is the worst 2 weeks sleep weve ever had since hes been born. I hate tbe randomness of the sleeping. I try to leave him to self settle, he stops crying after a few minutes but just when you think he must be going back to sleep, he starts crying again! Im lucky if i get 3 hours sleep a night.
