I have/had a debt that I had/have repaid at the reduced amount they offered in 2019. As in totally paid off & done.
I sent them copies of their own letter about a week ago & list of all the payments I've made.
It appears I've enclosed their original letter with my copies & covering letter/table of payments made...total div!
I've just opened yesterday's post & their letter confirms that I still owe £X...which is more than the reduced amount was.
& I have no way now to prove otherwise ffs!! Could kick myself right now.
It's only £5 a month, but still, it's a fiver in my pocket :(
