What’s your current temperature?

I have the heating on at 19 degrees but it’s quite warm so I’ve been turning it down to 18. What does everyone have their home temp at? If it’s 18 degrees from 8am-12am is that too much?

Ours is 22 degrees Celsius right now.

18. It's on for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening and in an hour in the middle of the day if the house gets too cold (which it has recently). I find having the heating on all day dries the air in the house too much which makes my eczema flair up so I couldn't have it on all day, but if you find it it works for you and you can afford it, up to you.

Our house is 14 with the heating on (undergoing complete renovation soon)
