Walking to Paris (not really) need a tracker recommendation

Trying to motivate the kids out of the house is a nightmare at the moment. I'm looking for an app or website where I can log the distance of our daily walk and chart progress towards a goal. Ideally one where we can choose somewhere where we're walking to and track progress on a map. Does such a thing exist?

Virtual LEJOG - Land's End to John O'Groats.

I don't know if you can still join the one which began on 01/01, but they have new start richly once a month, and if you browse the website they do other routes too.

Small fee, but you get a medal

Yes, we use World Walking app for exactly this. It's free, and you can either use one of their established walks or set up your own. Dh, DS and I have been doing various walks since July. We've done Lands End to John O'Groats, USA north to south and currently USA west to east. We all add our steps every so often and can see our progress on the map. It's good fun and motivates us to keep going out. We reckon we'll finish the current one in Sept/Oct.
