That can secure more than just 8 sheafs of paper?! It's driving me mad!

If you mean 8 sheets of paper yes they do. www.amazon.co.uk/Rapesco-R79026A3-Long-Arm-Stapler/dp/B000NLXGZ2?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Of course they do, we have one in our office, big heavy thing. You need to search for heavy duty staplers.

EmilyInParis · 17/01/2021 14:14

Nope, and let me know if you find a printer that consistently works too.

EssentiallyDelighted · 17/01/2021 14:14

These are great for larger numbers of sheets, cheaper and less bulky than heavy duty staplers and you can undo and reuse the clips easily too rapesco.com/products/rapesco-supaclip-40-see-dispenser-25-emoji-clips/

I've got one that's supposed to be heavy duty but it's rubbish. Sorry, I was being sarcastic when i said 8 sheets, I'm trying to staple documents thicker than that.

Oh thanks @EssentiallyDelighted I think this is the kind of thing I need!

I use one like this, as I often need to staple government/policy reports/large research papers etc:
