I'm a twat - Pembrokeshire Murders

I was watching The Pembrokeshire Murders and thought the descriptive narration was quite sinister adding to the tension of the storyline. I mentioned this to my partner who was working away after I telephoned him after the episodes.

Fast forward to today and my partner comes home, puts on the tv and then he asked me what buttons I'd pressed on the remote control because I'd managed to enable the description service for vision impaired people.

I've been telling everyone about the voice over on the programme and I've even tried to Google who is the narrator on the programme, and obviously failing and no one asked me what the hell I was on about because they didn't hear it. Blush

ClashCityRocker the subtitles sometimes are in English (in Wales they are) so you could watch it if you wished.

Years ago before S4C BBC Wales had a habit of replacing programmes with Welsh language programmes or dubbing the dialogue into Welsh. My Dad an avid watcher of westerns settled down to watch Shane starring Alan Ladd. He was mightily annoyed when the first words were "Ble mae Shane?" - Where is Shane? It had been dubbed into Welsh and we didn't have subtitles then. 45 years later when there's a western on tv we ask my Dad "Ble mae Shane?"
