What's happened to their Live Chat? Not available apparently.
I find it bizarre that a communication company don't have their Live Chat facility working currently. 🙄

Every other company I've needed to speak with recently has a Chat facility but O2?!

Im trying to get hold of them too, no live chat available. I refuse to call them and listen to their crap recorded messages, sit in a queue, only to talk to someone who can't answer my question, or worse, get cut off. I've tried to contact them on Twitter but received no reply.

Oh, update, they've actually replied to my twitter message! It'll probably be days before their next reply, but still...
