How hard is to learn tap-dancing as an adult?

Once COVID is all over, I want to learn tap-dancing.

How difficult would this be for an able-bodied woman in her 30s?

I started tapping in my 30s as a complete beginner. I joined an informal class, so no exams etc and I fell in love with it from the first lesson.

I found it really difficult at first, just remembering, but your feet soon learn. I’ve been tapping for a couple of years now and have been taking online lessons during covid.

You should definitely give it a go :)

For sure give it a go..
Some people will pick up quicker than others but you'll get some skill level whatever you do. Tap is lots of funGrin

If you have a sense of rhythm you'll pick it up fairly easily. I love tap dancing.

I found it really hard despite being quite competent in other types of dancing...I gave up after 6 weeks as I felt I was holding everyone back in the classBlush
