Give me an alternative for LOL Dolls!

Dd will be six in a couple of weeks. She really wants LOL Dolls and has done for a while. I hate them! I really don't want her to have any. She has Polly Pockets, Hatchimals collectibles (and does have quiet the collection of those), Playmobil and Lego Friends so does have a lot of small character play things. I asked her what she likes about LOL Dolls and apparently it's opening them up, some come with secret codes and magnifying glasses and it's a surprise not knowing what's in them - so very much like Hatchimals which she does have!

Is there anything along these lines that I am missing? She is our eldest so I am finding out about toys as we go along. I have managed to get her the Polly Pocket Mega Mall which I am hoping will be so amazing she doesn't care about any other presents!

But help me!Grin

I Dig Monsters have been popular in our household - you have to "dig" them out of an "ice lolly" (slime) and then when you put them in cold water they change colour.

Obviously it depends on why you don't want lols - if it is the little dolls you don't like then there are pet lols that still have the same opening mechanisms.

My dc have also liked 5 surprise unicorns.

Thank you, I'll look into some of these. I'm just not keen on the look of them - the pouting lips, big eyes, sexualised clothes. They just seem so unnecessary. I had Barbie and Cindy when I was small and I am fine with her playing with really 'girly' things. I just can't stand these. The 5 surprise things might work.

Lottie dolls have the dimensions of a child and they come in the most amazing clothes and themes . Really positive for young girls.. My dd loves her as they are a nice size for small hands.

Baby born surprise and baby born surprise pets. Not as nice as Lottie dolls but as the name suggests, there is a surprise and they change colour/guises when you wash them.

I have seen the Lottie Dolls, I might get one for her and her sister. The Baby Born surprise could work
