What presents did you get for your 50th birthday?

Are you choosing for someone else, or yourself?

I got myself a middle name.

For myself. Normally I have loads for f things I’d like but now suddenly lost for ideas. We were supposed to do a big trip but that’s impossible.

Well I got a sky dive for my 50th, but whilst that answers your actual question, it isn't really going to help is it as that isn't really what you want to know.

I has a party and received, a voucher for a hotel spa which I used on a wash, cut and blow dry, another voucher I used for a spa day and facial, some Swarovski earrings, magnum of champagne, cava, Yankee candle from all my friends. My DH bought me a Ted Baker necklace and earring set which I chose. It’s rose gold and very pretty.

A good handbag. Membership of a museum or the NT. My husband usually gives me gold jewellery on special occasions these days. For my 70th I got an Apple Watch which I love.
