What is this equivalent in normal emojis?

I can cope without as there are alternatives but is definitely missing from the normal emoji list! I’d also like the option to seasonalise my emojis at suitable times of the year...

My favourite irl (because MN isn't real life!) is 😫 because it represents my exasperation better than any others.

But yes, and are perfect and need a real life equivalent.
