I would say
Talking on public transport , wish they would be quiet.

OP posts:
Ginsodden · 16/01/2021 10:49

People speaking rudely/harshly to their children in a way they wouldn’t tolerate the other way around.

Iknowwhatudidlastsummer · 16/01/2021 10:51

I don't even understand how you can NOT READ? What the hell do you do instead? Watch tv in bed and all day long? But what do you do when you commute, when you are in hospital, when you travel? Aren't you just..bored? Don't you find anything interesting and worth reading about?

I genuinely don't get it.

CatkinToadflax · 16/01/2021 10:54

People who refer to themselves as “little old me”. Unless you’re a tiny elderly person of course!

whispers We have a hot tub and it’s bloody brilliant. DS1 has complex disabilities and it’s amazing for his hydrotherapy and sensory therapy. And the rest of us love it too. Judge away! Smile

beautifulmonument · 16/01/2021 10:56

Holding a knife like a pen.
Labels on the bottom of shoes.

AlexisCarringtonColbyDexter · 16/01/2021 10:56

I was referring to those who wear it as a badge of pride that they never read, or at best read a twee, pastel popcorn book on holiday. It makes me despair and despise

I agree with this. I dont care if people dont read in their spare time, but if you BRAG about it, like you think it makes you special, quirky or hilarious then you are an utter twat and I judge you.

Port1aCastis · 16/01/2021 11:03

Judging others for holding a knife in an unprescribed stipulated manner
Life's too short

Precisely.

Excessive make up

hismama · 16/01/2021 11:14
  • smokers
  • overweight people ( caused by a poor diet) who have no intention of getting healthier
  • people who constantly slag others off
  • people who constantly post on facebook (get a life? You're not that interesting?)
  • people who declare how much they love their spouse or children on social media ( why can't you just tell them in private? Why do you have to shout it out it to the whole world and share it with your 800 plus Facebook friends that aren't your friends anyway?)
  • people who post loads of pictures of their children on social media especially when their children are very young and can't give their consent
  • people who post loads of coupley, loved up pictures on Facebook ( insecure? NO sense of privacy?)
  • People that show off their riches on social media.
  • men who walk around outside topless in summer
  • stay at home parents beyond the age of 3 years old
  • people who mention in casual conversation a religious conviction as if it were a proven fact especially if they know that you don't share their belief (example: hismama: "the global pandemic is terrible, Person B:" It's also happening because we live in the last days ( before Jesus comes back ")
feistyoneyouare · 16/01/2021 11:15

@NSt21

Lazy people who could work but prefer to live on benefits instead Angry
And you personally know a lot of people who fit that description, do you?
BeautyGoesToBenidorm · 16/01/2021 11:17

@SpiderGwen, I'm 'crap at maths' because I'm dyscalculic. I often mention it to people, because I'm deeply embarrassed that I struggle with simple arithmetic and sometimes need help.

Yes, I do work on it. Yes, I often make a joke of it, but I certainly don't take 'pride' in my lack of ability.

That said, I DO get the gist of the kind of person you're talking about, so rant over 😁

Classicbrunette · 16/01/2021 11:18

What I call ‘corkscrew nosey women’ meaning they want to know every minute detail of your life, and opinionated women.

MarthasGinYard · 16/01/2021 11:18

I judge posters like the Op who is clearly gathering material for some rubbish or other 'judging' by her other one post threads

TheFairyCaravan · 16/01/2021 11:19

@Straighttalking1

Not breastfeeding and then seek sympathy when DC gets sick. Duh
I breastfed both my children, DS2 for a year. He’s a severe asthmatic and has multiple allergies.

I’m judging your lonely brain cell right now.

mumnowformerrockstar · 16/01/2021 11:19

People getting offended because other don't care to visit/ live in London GrinGrinHmm

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 16/01/2021 11:24

People who, at the onset of the pandemic, suddenly realised that they were supposed to wash their hands and wipe their arses and panic-bought soap and loo roll. Twats.

MissLucyEyelesbarrow · 16/01/2021 11:25

Yabbering on their mobile in shared spaces, e.g. trains, waiting rooms. 1 minute call to say 'Can you pick me up at 5?' - fine, but keep it brief.

Anyone who watches, or lets their child watch, videos in public without headphones. You're being a twat. And I don't care if your child has additional needs. What about the needs of other people who may be hearing impaired or on the autistic spectrum, and who find the noise unbearable? Most kids will happily watch videos with the sound off anyway.

SciFiScream · 16/01/2021 11:25

Not agreeing with me about everything

Iknowwhatudidlastsummer · 16/01/2021 11:33

People who translate "disagreeing" with "being offended". You might be offended by everything, some of us just have a different opinion.

Iknowwhatudidlastsummer · 16/01/2021 11:34

And you personally know a lot of people who fit that description, do you?

I can't speak for the poster, but I do!

ivfbabymomma1 · 16/01/2021 11:34

Using the name Karen as in insult (my name is not Karen 😂🤪 but I know a Karen & she couldn't be further than the stupid stereotype it's used for)
Adults who are obsessed with Disney, especially if they wear Disney clothing
Smoking near a baby

ivfbabymomma1 · 16/01/2021 11:35

@BonnesVacances you would absolutely hate me 🤣

Swingometer · 16/01/2021 11:36

Parents who continue having children (beyond 2) when they are already struggling (with finances/addiction/inadequate housing/mental health/challenging offspring/poor health/unstable relationship/whatever)

Yes, I know sometimes circumstances change but I'm talking about the ones who already can't cope but keep breeding anyway

SpiderGwen · 16/01/2021 11:46

I agree with you! People with dyslexia don’t boast about being “crap at reading”, and people with dyscalcula don’t regard it as a badge of pride rather than a learning impediment.

It’s the otherwise perfectly able people viewing arithmetic as something they don’t need to bother with. Especially if they are in the arts. I think the U.K. education system encourages an arts vs sciences mindset.

RosesAndHellebores · 16/01/2021 11:55

I judge parents who get irritated and shouting at small children in shopping centres, grab them by an arm and propel them along without their feet touching the floor.

Apart from the roughness how are their dc not harmed. I once bent to pull dd up from the floor and took her hand and she pulled/dislocated her elbow and we had to go to hospital to have it put back. Evidently it's quite common.
