Could anyone advise on weight for weighted blanket for a child? I'm hoping it might help my son to sleep better. He is 8, would he need the child version or would an adult one be ok? The weight difference between kid and adult ones seems very significant, I'm wondering if the kid weight one might be too light?? Although obviously I want it to be safe for him. He struggles to fall asleep and I have heard they are good.
He presently sleeps in my double bed (bad habit that never stopped!) so I'm wondering if I need a double, although he might move into his own bed soon. So a larger one might be best for now.
Any tips, recommendations etc welcome! Thank you.
