Shiny Happy Zoom

I have a big conference next week where I'll be visible to 200+ people on a zoom type platform for an extended period of time (lucky me!)

My face on Zoom looks like a mirror, my T-Zone is so shiny I can almost seem myself looking back at me!

What do I need? Powder? Mattifying something? Different lighting? Something else?

Please help!

Look for the "touch up my appearance" check box in the zoom settings.

I would encourage you to focus on your message rather than in your appearance. It's not easy, goodness knows, but it is a distraction I'd you worry about that rather than the message you have to convert.

If you are an image consultant recruiting clients, please ignore this. Anyone else, focus on the message the way, you know, a man would.

One of the reasons we still ah e a gender pay gap is that we allow ourselves to get distracted by irrelevances.
