Thought I ordered 1 from NEXT but 2 arrive (?)

I've used Next online for ever, it's such a good service I love it. But ...

... Just lately when I'm sure I ordered one item, two arrive and when I check my order it appears I did order two of the same item - WTF is going on!

As a middle aged, menopausal woman I do have my "moments" and blamed myself but this has happened 3 or 4 times in the last few months.

Has anyone else had this recently. Please say it's not just me Blush

That did happen to me a few weeks back. The return was easy thankfully!

Yes that’s happened to me twice now with next room coincidentally. I blame baby brain although my daughter is 5 months now so not sure how long I can blame her...

Next too not next room *

I get quite a few errors - usually on Ocado - and I put it down to the slightly erratic keyboard of my ancient old iPad

Screenshotting the order page as you made it might help if you get into disputes in future.

This one sounds pretty straightforward as you can just send one back

If you add something to your basket, then login, it will be added to anything already in your basket on your account (added during a previous session). That's how I end up with multiples of the same item, happens with M&S too.

Panfriedscallops · 14/01/2021 13:33

Phew! glad not just me.

Returns are dead easy with Next but it's really bugging me Angry

Yeah thought it must be something like this.

Must check before pressing button. Gawd I hate getting old
