DS has fruit, yogurt, homemade oat bars and pancakes as snacks but also loves Ella's melty puffs and sticks as well. I usually only give him a couple but just realised I've been doing this since he was dinky, and my cousin gives her little boy 7-8 of the smaller puffs or 5 of the sticks!

How many do you usually give yours as a 'portion', I can't see anything on the pack? I mean, they're pretty much just lightly flavoured air right...? :)

Nutritional info per 4g portion, I assume for a 6 month old, so a one year old could have more. Have you weighed and seen how many puffs 4g is?

That website says there's 5 portions in a pack if that helps
