After a long winded court battle my ex is supposed to pay £450 a month to my dd for CMS.
As soon as this was ordered he went on benefits and is working on the side so According to guidance he should pay a flat rate of £7 per week.
He's not paid since March last year. I queried it with the CMS snd have had the attached response.
What does their response even mean? It just reads like fluff to me.
