Why advertise if not available

I have been after buying this desk since the last lockdown, even emailed them to ask when available. Still on website as out of stock. I've seen it on those kind of websites I don't trust as never heard of them at inflated prices.

I know, but I want that one as it would go really well in my room. I'll look though!
