Today I feel like I can't breathe properly and my nose feels really pinched, I think I am getting myself into a bit of a tizz because I'm warm and it just feels like I can't get enough breath in! Any advice or is there reason I might be feeling like this today (first time in 9 months of wearing it) I'm struggling!
