Missing ‘signed for’ letter - what can it be?!😬 Help!

Pre-covid DH would spend the working week in another city where he would stay in a studio flat, since Covid he’s been working from home with us. A neighbour in the same block as the studio flat rang before Xmas and said a ‘signed for’ letter had been delivered and they would post it on. Neighbour duly sent it on ‘signed for’ again but it has never arrived...gas, electric & council tax are up to date and no bank accs etc are registered there. The only thing that is registered there is his car (has to be registered there for parking permit).....is there anyway of finding out if a speeding/parking/bus lane fine has been issued against a registration?...it’s the only thing I can think of that might have induced a ‘signed for’ letter (though no initial notice letter has ever been received either)....or do jury summons come signed for? Any other ideas?! TIA

Or something to do with his work if it’s a professional role?

Thanks for the idea - all work correspondence also comes to our family address....I reckon it’s most probably something to do with the car but no idea how to check!

Try the local council - could be a parking fine/bus lane infringement fine perhaps?
Also try DVLA in relation to speeding.

Jury summons dont come signed for ( bit of a loophole if you want to avoid it)

I have also had a bus lane infringement that wasn’t signed for either
