Red mark on dc nose not going away

Going to try again to get gp appointment tomorrow as this is stressing me out. Small red Mark appeared on dc nose a few months ago, has got more noticeable recently. Anyone experienced the same?

It looks like a spider angioma (DD has one). It’s usually harmless and often goes away in children, although DD has had hers for a few years now.
