For a new App, but none of the skills or finances needed to develop it.... How could I progress it? And has anyone got experience of doing this please?

I think it's got a good customer base, and could make money.

You could hire an app developer to create it for you but you'd need to build in ongoing costs for builds and software updates.

Well... first see of it really is a great idea then see if it already exists...?

As for financing it, that's what business/startup loans are for.

If it's that great, write a business plan :)

Market research would be useful

My dp has run a number of tech companies and now offers business mentorship. One of the pieces of advice he often gives is that ideas alone are worth nothing if you can't execute on them. Do a business plan (because it is cheaper to fail on paper) to look at the sort of investment you'd need and consider if you're likely to get it.
