Has anybody successfully slimmed and toned their sticky out tummy?

Below the tummy button is definitely where I store my weight and I have a fatty paunch I'd like to slim and tone.

I know I need to improve my posture, but what else? Which specific abdominal exercises?

I tried everything, including gym 5 times a week and a PT three times a week. Even as a size 8 that remained an issue.

Cycling or the 30 day shred worked for me. I'm a size 16 though, but they both reduced that area of my stomach significantly.
