Did anyone else buy Clarks school shoes in the summer?

Just remembered that my DCs had new school shoes fitted at Clarks in store in August. The shop assistant said if we kept the receipt we could have a replacement pair if they were outgrown before February.

I do still have the receipt but Clarks shops are closed... So is there a way to redeem the offer online? By scanning in the receipt maybe? The shoes were £45 a pair. DCs are attending school as key worker children and their shoes are now too small.

I did, and I remember raising my eyebrows at how much I thought DS might have worn his school shoes by February!
No idea how to redeem though, as I assume they intended it would be in store use.

Hmm. Think I'll email customer services.
