Partners boss has just had his Covid test come back positive, partner is on his way back home to isolate so I shall isolate with him just incase but I haven’t got any food in no delivery slots either. We don’t have any family near by that could help would I be unreasonable to go to the supermarket? Right now I also need to pick up my prescription too at the supermarket. I haven’t got a temperature and I feel good I don’t no what to do or how I’m going to eat tonight.

Unless you have been in contact with the boss, you don't have to isolate.

It's only him that needs to isolate, not you

I agree - if you haven’t been in touch with your partner, it would be perfectly acceptable for you to nip to the supermarket now.
